Salad with fresh tuna, capers, anchovies and gold

Ingredients:
  • — 3-5 potatoes
  • — lettuce leaves
  • — 400 g tuna fillet
  • — 12 cherry tomatoes
  • — 180 g green beans
  • — 8 anchovy fillets
  • — 130 ml olive oil
  • — 1 lemon
  • — 2 eggs
  • — 90 g olives
  • — 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • — 2 tablespoons capers
  • — 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • — 1 clove of garlic
  • — edible gold flakes

Cook the potatoes and cut into small pieces.

Cut off the tails from the beans and also cut into small pieces. Boil them in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.

Cut the fish into small cubes and fry in olive oil for about 3 minutes until golden brown.

Clean and cut into small pieces the hard-boiled eggs.

Mix the crushed garlic, mustard and vinegar, then add the remaining olive oil, stirring vigorously all the time. Season with salt.

Place lettuce leaves in the bottom of the salad bowl. Place the rest of the ingredients on top and add the olives, halved tomatoes and capers. Pour the dressing and garnish with egg slices, anchovies and gold flakes.

7.

Pour with lemon juice and serve your culinary masterpiece with gold.
